Of all the times I went to Austin, I had never checked out the Texas State Capitol. I dunno. Seemed kinda boring? Luckily for me, I prolly would never have bothered going if the segway tour didn't make a stop there. We parked the segways and were given some time to go inside. There really isn't much. I snapped a couple of fotos. While on the second floor looking down, I decided to be stoopid and had big poppa film me while I ran the entire circle while waving my arms and shaking my head. Haha. I got some stares and laughs but not as much as I would have liked. Haha. Afterwards, we drove around the premises of the capitol. Our guide was telling us the history and facts of certain statues and landmarks but as usual, I don't listen and focus more on taking as many fotos as I can. There was this one moment where we saw another group of people on segways head our way and I quickly shouted out oooh, here comes a rival segway group. EmDee started snapping her fingers and then we were all playing the part of Westside Story. Hah. Still cracks me up when I think about it.
