The VN churches in houston really know how to throw a festival. Even though there are plentiful of vietnamese restaurants to choose from, there's just something about these festivals selling VN food that just draws me there like i've been without it for years. The Vietnamese Martyr Church has their festival in May, so the only logical thing would be to have a giganto crawfish boil. LIKE GIGANTO! There are pulley systems rigged up to hoist the hundreds of pounds of the crawdads. Overall, the food was all just okay. That's usually the case but this is one lesson i'll prolly care to learn. Cos like i said before, there's just something about these festivals and their VN food. Maybe it's the super friendly VN ladies.
