I'm getting to a point where i can't remember if i posted certain things yet or not. Getting bad memory at old age. One weekend, my sweet tooth decided to stop by two different cupcake trucks to see if they were any good. Cupcake battle! But not really. The two trucks that i went to, frosted betty and whatup cupcake both didn't have any synchronicity in terms of flavor. Also, whatup cake has already pretty much ran out of a lot of their flavors for the day. At whatup cupcake, i got vanilla and orange dream and at frosted betty i got nutella and red velvet. Frosted betty managed to get a spot on that food network show cupcake wars. I'm not sure how cos i didn't feel as if either of their cupcakes were that good. The nutella at crave is way better. They frost the cupcakes as you order and whoever sold me the cupcake (dad?) was not a very good froster/piper. I didn't particular like whatup cupcake either but i liked it better than frosted betty. The icing was whipped base which i prefer cos those super sweet buttercream sugary frosting is even too sweet for me! What i also don't like are sprinkled of any kind on my cupcakes. Especially the sugar crystal variety.
