For chacco's birthday, we had dinner at Phillippe, the posh new restaurant by the galleria. It's mos def one of those places that you would find the elite of houston, d-bag car out front and all. I felt out of place maybe? One day i'll develop that sort of sophistication required to feel normal at a place like this. The standout dishes of the night for me would be the mushroom risotto and chacco's dish which was the crispy rice paper salmon. Very unique. Mochi got this chocolate desert that had the best chocolate I ever had. It was so rich and super silky it just glided over the tongue.
