The only thing that didn't quite seem feasible on my D.C. itinerary was getting me some bonchon. It was really far from the city center. The subway system didn't have a stop nearby and taking a taxi would have cost a fortune. But for the first time that trip, the stars finally aligned for me. Keri became my food angel and took us to get some chicken. She was so awesome. Thanks so much lady! I love people like that. Kind people who go out of their way to do something nice. Not only did she take us to go get some bonchon, she drove around and around looking for a parking spot near this park where we could eat our bonchon with a nice little view of the potomac. How awesome is she? There are times when i'm like, maybe bonchon isn't as great as i make it out to be. No. IT IS VERY MUCH THE CASE. Now, one of the first things i do when i book a trip somewhere is to check to see what kind of korean fried chicken that city has. The spicy is too spicy for me so i stick with the soy garlic. OMG IT'S SO DANG GOOD!
