Dress buying certainly isn't in the budget this year and whoever said looking doesn't hurt, they have no idea what they're talking about! I like how the straps are twisted. This dress would look great on someone with nice shoulders. Unfortunately my shoulders resemble those of a linebacker and they're sorta plumpy. BOOOOO!!!

i think the shoulder straps are two regular straps (one over each shoulder) but the twisting was created by pulling them together and over one shoulder...you might try that we a dress you currently have and it will look totally different and save you money. lol
I laugh b/c i know what you are going to say or thinking...lol
