The Seattle Center is home to Seattle's most recognizable landmark, the Space Needle! We decided not to pay the $16 at the last minute to go all the way to the top. It was a gray day and I figured our view wouldn't be that great. Besides, the point is that we want to see the Space Needle. So if we're on the Space Needle, then obviously we wouldn't be able to admire it from afar. So we had all these reasons to not go up. But we knew deep down the real reason was because we're freakin' CHEAP! Haha! Instead, we just walked around the area which has a lot of things for people to dip their toes into. Here's a list:

This next sculpture made me laugh. It looks as if it's trying to sneak up on someone and go boo!



The coolest looking building would have to be the Experience Music Project which is basically a music museum. It was founded by Paul Allen, one half of the team that started Microsoft. The architect chosen to design the building was Frank O. Gehry. His infamous crumpled style of art is famous all around the world. Last year, while I was in Chicago, I passed by the Jay Pritzker pavilion and it was mos def the coolest looking looking pavilion that I'VE ever seen. And no, we did not go inside the EMP. They don't allow indoor photography so that's no fun!
